Great interactive tour of all that is Harry Potter! This was well worth the money. I would recommend though to purchase your tickets ahead of time and just take the train to save money. We procrastinated and ended up buying from the tour company. The bus was comfortable and had a Harry Potter movie playing while on our way to the studio. The studio tour itself was awesome. We could have spent more than 4 hours here, which what was allotted for us by the tour company. Do yourself a favor and buy advance tickets from the studios and just take the train back.

    Best Option for Tourists!

If you’re a tourist and/or visiting from a different country, I highly recommend this tour! The WB studios is far from London, so although buying tickets directly from the website is cheaper, arranging transportation would add up costs and stress for us. Also, due to us visiting around the holidays, tickets were sold out from the WB HP website. We were worried about getting lost and not meeting up in time but Viator Golden Tours makes it so easy! There was a sign on the bus stop, and their bus has HP on it. Meet up point was easy to find, and it help that others on the tour were wearing HP gear. The tour is as long as they said but it is 100% worth it. Even though they allocate more than enough time, we finished the tour earlier than expected and had time to wander for an hour. They do offer food halfway through the tour, but there is also a food court after you exit that has more options. There are quite a few gift shops, but we found it to be way more affordable to buy HP gifts back in London (House of Spells). Yes, it is definitely “pricey” ticket, but I think all Potterheads can agree that it is worth it.

This tour is pretty basic. They provide transportation to the Harry Potter tour and then back to the original location where you were picked up from. Once you arrive at the WB studios location, they give you a ticket for entry to the building and tell you what time to be back at the bus by. The making Harry Potter tour itself was quite good.

    A magical experience!

We visited the Studio Tour approximately 5 or 6 years ago. The tour this year was a completely different experience! It was well planned and there were not a lot of queuing. In the beginning of the tour, a staff member told us that there would be an opportunity to sit down and buy something to nibble on, about halfway into the tour. This caused us to feel a little bit stressed as half our time at the tour already had passed when we "finally" reached that spot. However, the last part of the tour did not take as long as we had expected so we still had plenty of time to browse through the souvenir shop and sit down for a snack before the bus left for Kings Cross. The Golden Tours bus was on time (both going there and back) and the description to find the bus stop was very clear. The staff at the tour was very friendly and helpful. There were many "sanitation-stations" throughout the tour. One surprise that was very much appreciated was that the bus offered us to see Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone during the ride back and forth. There were headphones available which were individually packed.

Very good experience! It is a must go for Harry Potter fans, one can stay for hours looking into the details of the Studios. My son had an absolute blast. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the fact that it could be better identified (signs) at King's Cross boarding area.

I called several times to clarify pick up. Was told Paddington Station. Long stort short, they met elsewhere and the bus left. We had to spend $70 to get to the museum. The museum was incredible though. Company was unapologetic and did not refund me for missed bus trip to the museum.

Such a great trip down memory lane. Loved to see everything used to make all the movies. It will make watching them again so interesting. the food was good and not terribly costly considering there is nowhere else to eat. I recommend going early and taking your time.

Studio tour was very good but booking through Viator amounted to a bus ride to the studio, being handed tickets, and told to go into the studio. Would have been better/cheaper to buy tickets to the studio and take public transportation.
